I would like to raise a concern about the Tim Hortons location at 767 Taunton Road East, Oshawa. On several occasions during the evening/night shift, staff have been playing Punjabi music loudly over the speaker system and dancing while customers are waiting to be served. In addition, the supervisor and team members often speak loudly in Punjabi on the floor while interacting with each other. I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons. The service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The employees were welcoming, polite, and worked efficiently even during busy hours. My order was prepared quickly and exactly the way I requested. The delivery service was also impressive, everything arrived fresh, well packaged, and right on time. I recently visited and ordered a few items. The service was great, and Amandeep Kaur was very friendly and positive. She handled everything professionally and made my experience wonderful. She truly deserves to be promoted to team manager.
