I had a very concerning experience at Tim Hortons (Taunton & Harmony) on March 22, 2026. I found a small piece of yellow plastic in my coffee and almost choked. I reported this immediately to the head office and was told the restaurant would follow up. Despite multiple escalations and follow-ups on March 29 and March 30, no one from the location has contacted me as of April 9.
