This has to be the absolute worst Tim Hortons in Durham Region. I've never in my life experienced such a slow drive thru. And it's like every single time I've been there. Only 2 cars ahead of you and it will still take 15 minutes. Inside the store is just as bad. I see all sorts of staff behind the counter doing everything except helping the customers. This is hands down one of the best Tim Hortons I’ve been to. The service is always fast, the staff are super friendly, and they somehow manage to keep things running smoothly even during busy hours. Big shoutout to Shivani — she’s always so kind and makes the experience even better. Really appreciate the great service here!
This place has really stepped up in both speed and quality. The attention to detail is impressive, and the line moves quickly even during the morning rush.
