Should have two people on for food and like 2 for drive thru and one or two at the tills, it shouldn't take 10 mins for me to get a simple wrap.
Let’s start service got so bad I get yelled out by staff cleaning washroom ,just I asked to use washroom .then this blinding blue light ,I have cataracts in my eyes Long wait time to get coffee ,often 1 cashier ,when line goes out door .this location gone downhill so fast . Witness same washroom cleaner ,yelling at senior man for wanting use washroom. Get rid blue light ,causes me headaches. Food came fast & was tasty. Atmosphere was ok. You’ll have to ask for the washroom key from an overwhelmed server who’s trying to multi task so pack your patience. There were messy tables with no one sitting at them & the garbages here were all overflowing. There was a server out on the floor trying to keep up with the dining room cleaning. Other than, that it was a regular old coffee house that was just -super busy.
