Lazy employees. 10 minutes to wait just for ice coffee and I ask each one is passing it to the other employee.
Terrible service. Waited forever at the counter, lots of staff running around but no one acknowledged the queue at the counter and simply ignored the lineup. When I called the staff out, she said 'we are busy, you can talk to the manager'. When asked to speak to the manager she gave me someone's receipt that had their general phone number. I completely understand that staff can be overwhelmed at times with work but they should be trained better on how to respond to delays in attending to customer's. Went over to grab a ice cap and some timbits and the service was very quick and friendly. I will be coming back again soon!
