Wanted an ice cap with whipped cream on top, they kept asking if I wanted stuff on top as adons. I said sure. Go to the window, said I gotta say caramel ice cap to begin with. Got ice cap with no whip 😕.
The staff are horrible and very disrespectful the only reason I come here is because it is near my house and their ice cap is good, other than that the staff don't even hold back yelling at you if you drive off one second late from the drive-thru, the customer service is very horrible.
No Tolet paper Washroom absolutely disgusting the employee looked at me saying oh my god this is not how you treat customer I was going into the washroom the staff need change
