Very slow, unprofessional, and disrespectful service. I placed an online order specifically to save time and skip waiting in line—which is the entire purpose of ordering online. Yet, after waiting 12 minutes for a single cup of coffee, I politely asked a staff member about my order. Instead of her answering, an older man with white hair stepped in and publicly embarrassed me in an extremely rude manner. Wow the new worker is so nice, she was fast at making the food and her service was great. she made everyone feel so good and even said she liked my daughter’s dress. 5 star service have to get her name next time!
Wow. Just wow. Best tim hortons experience i’ve ever had. I ordered almost everything on the menu, and this black haired girl named I think lylah was just spectacular. she was insanely clean, made sure everything was made fast, and complimented my son. Wow.
Very slow service, only 1 person doing the work all the time especially when busy completely indifferent expressions, didn't get anything this time.
DISGUSTING ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I was standing in line, around 310pm Sunday May 24th and seen a man working wearing one sweaty glove, taking money and orders, and WITH THE SAME GLOVED HAND grabbing muffins and donuts. He then turned around, took the next persons order, which was a bagel. Used the gloved hand to recieve the cash.
