I paid 6 dollars for an Iced latte! I asked for my usual brown sugar iced latte. I get it at every other location and pay about $4. (still expensive but I like it). I got to the window and the man said $6 and change. I asked why, he said it was because he HAS to charge me for a protein iced latte because head office won’t let them charge me for a regular one anymore? Lies. I’ve gotten a regular one multiple times since then. I will never be back here.
Food and drink is really good. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I come here all the time and it's just an all around great place to be
I am very disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons. I ordered an Ice Capp and some food. I politely asked if a small amount of black coffee could be added to my Ice Capp. I was told that I had to purchase a separate coffee. I ended up buying a coffee and adding it myself. I have visited many Tim Hortons locations over the years, and every other location has always accommodated this simple request without any issue.
