This location is better than most in Newmarket, but still not great. The staff especially the younger ones, are often unhappy, overworked and sometimes even rude. Depending on the time of day, there are usually vagrants and others being disruptive hanging about. Tim Hortons food as a whole has dropped in quality and every 4 months everything goes up in price. I don't recommend Tim's anymore, but I know it's a staple for a lot of Canadians
