Went to this location this morning ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The simplest one on the menu is simply sausage. Had to wait over 20 minutes just for that. No one’s working register, All the staff members were focusing on the drive through when there’s a line to the door horrible service and waited for a breakfast sandwich that wasn’t even toasted. And I don’t understand how someone who ordered five minutes after me received their order before me.

Ordered this through the app and picked up through drive-through. The worker didn’t even smile and just handed me my food. That’s fine, I wasn’t expecting much anyway. Opened it as I was leaving because the burnt smell was prominent. I turned back because I didn’t order this burnt biscuit. Went inside to line up. It took them 2 -3mins to acknowledge me eventhough I was standing in front of the POS machine. She said I was supposed to stand where the line sign is.
