Had a very pleasant experience with Riddhi at this location. She was friendly and appeared to enjoy her job. Coffee was typical Tim’s, hot, fresh and delicious. What was appealing at this location was the breakout room with its long table, suitable for a group of 8-10, plus a couple of comfy chairs. (Couldn’t take photos as room was occupied). Really liked this location, and enjoyed rhe hockey decor!
Tim Hortons shows no regard for their customers. The service is consistently disrespectful and careless. Staff often seem unmotivated and rude, making the experience unpleasant. It's clear customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company anymore.
