This Tim Hortons does not exist in the mall anymore. I assume it was replaced with William's Fresh Cafe.
I usually never post reviews, but the behavior of one employee at this Tim Hortons forced me to write this. The staff member was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed a very bad attitude toward customers. Basic manners and respect were completely missing. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope management takes this seriously and trains their staff properly.
