Great staff
My partner was being kind and trying to get my breakfast before work and order TWO simply bacons, asked the person taking his order if there was sausage on it and they said no it’s just bacon and cheese. He then received TWO simply sausage with no bacon or cheddar cheese both had processed cheese. This is ridiculous in my opinion because this has happened twice from the same time hortons. Will NEVER be stopping here again.
Had no freaking food, went in to get bagels and they told my buddy they had plain bagels so he went to order one and then suddenly NO BAGELS but sesame. sorry but sesame bagels are nasty
Hair in your food on the regular, three times within a week is enough for me to no longer order their food. And certain employees are clearly afraid of changing the cream as when it’s low and not shooting out enough, they’ll still just hand you your coffees knowing they’re incorrect. I’ve been going to this Tim’s for years now and the last 6 months is gone extremely down hill
