What happened ? I have to order items like I’m speaking to a child who doesn’t have a grasp on English. And my orders ( every morning for 100 years) are still not put together right. 1. Put the English speaking kid on drive through. 2. Ya don’t need 39 menus items yer not a restaurant . 3. Save some hiring room so a kid can have a summer job. 4. The vanilla dip should be called the sprinkle doughnut so yer staff knows what to put in the bag.
Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for a coffee! It's getting worse than ever before;customer service, efficiency and in a timely manner...? Work ethic is really bad nowadays
Wrong order first try then cold and soggy the second time. I went in and gave it back and left for ever.
