Great staff and nice place to dining 🫡
Placed a mobile order through the Tim Hortons app for pickup at 2260 Princess St, Kitchener. My nephew arrived at 9:47 pm and the store was closed, even though three employees were clearly inside. They refused to open the door or provide the already-paid order. The app accepted payment, but the food was never received. I paid $16 for nothing. If a location is closing early, the app should not accept mobile orders. Very poor customer service and extremely frustrating experience.
