I go to this place every day. Every day, I'm disappointed. Why can a bagel not get at LEAST a thin layer of cream cheese on both sides?! Every day, it's like this. Only reason I still get items here, is because my coworker does the coffee run. I'd much rather spend my money somewhere else
Service is excellent but the AI voice at the drive through is far too loud and highly annoying. Please employ real people.
