absolutely terrible tim hortons i genuinely don’t know how when i asked for a simply sausage on an english muffin the staff gave me egg and cheese?!?!? i ordered nothing crazy or extra how does this tim’s keep doing terrible service, staff clearly has no idea how to make anything there.
THE NIGHT SHIFT WORKERS ARE SO NICE
This was one of the worst service interactions I’ve experienced. I asked for the vegetarian option, and instead of assisting, the staff member suggested turkey and bacon and responded with an attitude, telling me I ‘should have known’ because he said he couldn’t prepare wraps. This dismissive and unprofessional behaviour is completely unacceptable. I want to emphasize that this is one of the rare negative experiences I’ve had at Tim Hortons, but today’s interaction fell far below the standards

Your store manager talks down to staff and seems to take pride in humiliating staff in front of drive through window if your wondering why you can’t keep staff that could have a lot to do with it is she related to the owner because she shouldn’t have that job not going back
