There’s an older lady working (long name starting with A couldn’t tell), not sure if she’s a manager or just a general staff, but she is bossing around other staff very loudly making the space quite uncomfortable. She is also yelling at customers if they don’t immediately hear their number get called. Heard her yell at a guy and berate him for not picking up his ice coffee because he didn’t realize it was his because it was supposed to be black and they got it wrong. (Thurs Jan 8 at around 1:20)
Sorry, but no Tim Hortons deserves a 4.8 star.
