The manager was very rude and they were all standing around in the back doing nothing with a lineup when I got there I will not use this Tim Hortons again and I am local And this is not the first time with horrible service out of this Tim Hortons by the same person

Went to this location only because my fiance had an appointment at Guelph hospital. Service was so slow. I ordered a coffee and grilled cheese sandwich. The sandwich was burnt on one side. A bunch of teens taking up a table but ordered nothing just being loud.
Rude staff and poor service. We placed a mobile order and arrived to pick it up 20 minutes later, but our food was still not ready. When we asked about the status of our order, a staff member rudely responded, "We have customers waiting." I explained that mine was a mobile order placed 20 minutes earlier, but she repeated the same response.
