Terrible service
I’ve been to just about every Tim Hortons location in town over the past few years, and unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill. Burnt-tasting coffee, inconsistent service, and staff who sometimes don’t even say thank you or acknowledge you, it often feels rushed and impersonal. That’s exactly why this location stands out. This is honestly the only Tim Hortons I actually like going to. The service is always good, it’s clean, and it just feels comfortable, no weird vibe or anything.
