I ordered something nd it was not available, so i ordered the coffee instead nd paid for it . I asked for the refund and the staff got confused. The member named SUZY(looked like a shift manager)came in front and kept on staring at me in a very rude and agressive manner. I said hi she did not reply and said what huh? The bread was burned and turned black. When i asked them make me another one, they said this is normal bread. I'm afraid that they make this for everyone. She was rude and didn't say sorry. When i got another one, the lettuce was rotten, they used it for people eating? Never come back!
The closing supervisor is always sighing and rude to customers & when I asked for a refund on soggy wedges she tried to tell me I just left them out and didn’t want them anymore even though I told her I got them not even a minute ago. Not sure why she needs to have an attitude every time I come when it’s literally her job to ensure customer satisfaction
