I had a terrible experience at this store. One of the female employees had a really bad attitude—rude and unprofessional. I’m not sure if she is a supervisor, but I don’t understand how someone like that can keep working here. On top of that, the grill has been broken for a long time, and they often run out of rice and other items I want to order. It seems like they don’t care about customer experience at all. Very disappointing.
staffs are mean when taking orders, bad service attitude, feels extremely uncomfortable every time I go to take orders not sure when the grill is being closed once I went there 30min before the store got closed and the staff told me the grill was closed and her attitude was saying like “yea our grill is closed so what u gonna do” kitchen supply shortage; three days ago, I ordered a rice bowl and the staff told me the kitchen did not have rice anymore. Lol the supervisor or whoever big she is, might be manager. Dont care less, my coffee was not filled to the top. Asked her for filling more, but she was angry at me for asking her favour. Lol i will rather have tea downstair than to see her face again.
