The bread was burned and turned black. When i asked them make me another one, they said this is normal bread. I'm afraid that they make this for everyone. She was rude and didn't say sorry. When i got another one, the lettuce was rotten, they used it for people eating? Never come back!
The closing supervisor is always sighing and rude to customers & when I asked for a refund on soggy wedges she tried to tell me I just left them out and didn’t want them anymore even though I told her I got them not even a minute ago. Not sure why she needs to have an attitude every time I come when it’s literally her job to ensure customer satisfaction

We have been many times, staff is always rude and I am treated like I'm incompetent. Many times our orders have been made wrong, we do not complain we just ask for it to be made due to allergies properly and staff acts annoyed. It is very frustrating as we come often. The atmosphere is never inviting.
