Best Tim Hortons in the area. Really quick service and amazing people. Lead Hand, Raj, always lending a helping hand when large orders are placed for company events.
Not sure why I even bother ordering ahead on the app at this location. They NEVER make the order at the requested time. They wait until you arrive but when you wait at the mobile order sign they ignore you so the order takes even longer. Staff say their manager has directed them to do this. Not sure why the manager decides when I get my order. If I select “now” that means now. If I’m late and my order is cold that’s on me.
