The worst branch I've ever seen with horrible staff.😡😡

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Tim Hortons. The customer service was completely neglectful, and the staff showed zero attention to detail. What is worse, the restaurant had a major problem with flies landing near the food and counters. It is gross and unsafe. Management needs to fix this bug issue and train the staff immediately. I expect better standards next time.
I mobile ordered a regular iced matcha latte this afternoon. However, it took staff over 10 minutes to have my order ready. None of the staff seemed to know what they were doing and were constantly confused. At one point, they were standing around doing nothing, so I had to ask someone to make my order for them to actually start making it. Not only did I have to wait over 10 minutes for staff to make my drink, it also lacked sweetness and the matcha powder was barely dissolved.
