Customer service does not live here lol… drive thru greeting is “ hi “ or “ what do you want “ in a very unenthusiastic way… I always have to repeat my order several times and anytime I’m inside the store it’s dirty 🤮 over-flowing garbages , dirty tables and I won’t even mention the washrooms…
My favorite coffee shop is Tim Hortons, but unfortunately, some of the staff behave inappropriately, which harms this beloved brand. With all due respect, I will never return to this branch.
