The day shift is amazing, is you have questions or concerns they will address as soon as possible and when it is safe to do for all involved. The dine-in experience is getting better overall, but it is because this Tim Hortons is close to the downtown core which is easily accessible for those who out on the streets which can sometimes make is a bit nerve-wracking. The staff has taken steps to help keep everyone safe while they access this Tim Hortons.
