Food was good but it's packed with homeless people. There's almost always someone at the end of the drive-thru asking for change.
Great store, great staff
I ordered a medium 2 sugar. I was given a large coffee. The person taking the drive orders was the same person serving. I can totally see the confusion but attention to detail is the big deal.
All staff at this place need proper training on how to serve hot coffee, NOT COLD coffee. Bagels also need to be properly toasted and served warm, NOT COLD.
Brianna in the drive thru was amazing!
