I have avoided this tims for so long because of the location but I needed to go here the other day, and I was surprised at how absolutely pleasant the two people I dealt with were as I went through the drive thru.
Great location. Friendly staff. But they need to address the issue of homeless sleeping inside at the tables. And lingering around outside. I am not being unsympathetic however this is a place of business. Customers do not want to be harassed while in line for money or to buy food. The City NEEDs to address this issue and provide assistance to those in need. Walking into Tim's and having to smell people who haven't bathed in a while is not good for their business.
