The service is so poor. Team members make their own rules and managers are there to support. "To Not make drinks without ice is head office instructions" said by their team. Even requested to make it with proper portioning and not to fill it to the top, but they still denied it.
Horrible service. We were treated like shit as if we are getting stuff for free. Lately these evenings I and my husband go there. In drive through, they rush to take order without asking if we need something else. So we thought to go inside. First the supervisor took the wrong order and the employee made the wrong coffee we polity asked which one is what bc we order 3 coffees. She was like it was punched incorrectly.
