1 star because I can't give O...Definitely one of the worst Tim Hortons in the city. I ordered through DoorDash and they gave me that store, unfortunately, the products didn't arrive and the drinks were disgusting. The staff are always in a bad mood and it's really not a good place (because of the area)
So i went yesterday at drive thru and ordered 10 drinks, firstly the girl whose name is ANGELA is not even ready to take order , already been frustrated then i went to window and i asked her if i can please confirm my order with her , she LITERALLY , LITERALLY threw payment device at window and went in and asked somone if somebody can confirm my order , i was there without the payment being done and she said to someone " he is still here and wants to confirm his order " and then asked to park my car which i totally understan... read more
Very sad,I couldn't believe my eyes,the building was surrounded by people smoking drugs right outside the entrance, and many not just one person, outside was dirty inside was a mess I didn't even want to touch anything in there,all I wanted was a caffee and I just couldn't believe they would just leave them hangout around the building getting high! I would want to bring any child near there im sorry! Sudbury needs to step in! Help these people!
