Every time I go to this Tim Hortons the customer service is abhorrent. They refuse to take any accountability if they don’t make your order right and they will lie about it then argue with you. Today I ordered a friend’s iced coffee made with chocolate milk. The coffee was clearly not made with chocolate milk so I asked the woman who made it to remake it with chocolate milk the then told me she did make it with chocolate milk. worst tim hortans ever I have seen in my life today I ordered coffee from the app and they didn’t even gave it 5 min later I had to catch a bus so I wasn’t able to get my coffee, A lady was on floor filthy trying to ask customer for help like omg is this a coffee place or what HIGHLY DISRECOMMENDED
