Went to go buy a cookie — woman high on either meth or crack was throwing her things on the floor while leaning over the display eating something. She would jolt around and kept almost hitting anyone within a 1.5 meter radius. She sloppily ordered before continuing to jolt around and almost kicked me on multiple occasions (while I was just under 2 meters away from her.)

This is I think the 4th time they’ve screwed up my order. How do you get coffee wrong?? I called the store to speak to the manager, a lady put the down to get the manager, it’s been 22 minutes waiting on the phone to speak to the manger to complain, still waiting while I write this review. No regard for customer service!! Really terrible They don’t listen, they don’t understand…. Never going to this Tim Horton’s again…
