Went to the Tim hortons downtown. Never have I ever seen such disorganization of who or whats order is first. I analyzed as everyone was getting agitated and waiting for 10-20 mins for drinks and its unacceptable. The fact that other people got served before others including myself needs to be dealt with. Staff are very nice and the service are very fast . Very good place to visit
I generally get a good service from this Tim’s but today was super disappointing. I ordered a drink that’s available on the menu and in store but was not able to get it due to a technical issue. The Tim Hortons worker was not able to select the sizes on the till and decided it would be best if I don’t get that item. I even suggested to pay for an item with the similar price or slightly over and he insisted that it was not a good option.
