Oh my god! The staff over there is very mean.
Was given a non sugar free version after asking that they were sure it was sugar free and being told that it was... and I have type 1 diabetes 🥲 I understand that accidents happen, but I just want to warn people in customer service everywhere that you please take sugar free requests seriously, if your'e not 100% sure just remake it, you can't visibly see my illness but this mistake could have costed me my life if I wasn't paying attention I just wish people took this as serious as an allergy and didn't just assume it as a ... read more
