Terrible service! The place wasn't even busy, but it took forever to get a coffee and some Timbits. The cappuccino was way too sweet. I asked for a napkin, and the employee completely ignored me. I asked again, explaining that the napkin dispenser on the counter was empty, but he just pointed at the counter. I told him once more that it was empty, and he simply walked away. Absolutely shameful! As usual, the customer service at this location is terrible.
Always great service from the ladies in the morning here.
I ordered Ice coffee Wait time was 15 minutes😭 this location is not recommended
just waited in for 15 minutes for an iced capp 😭 didn't even offer a refund or anything, and I watched people who ordered at least 10 minutes after me get their food before I did. definitely not coming back for a bit.
Pretty terrible. Orders usually wrong or made improperly.
