The Team is so friendly - it has been so great that they know my order everyday before I even need to say it! Thank you!
I would give no stars if possible. Customer service was non existent. I waited 10 minutes and still wasn’t acknowledged, other than trying to avoid eye contact. Server was making coffee, sorting out online orders, which clearly came first. And when online order customer forgot to order they were given priority to add more items. Another staff in the back made no attempt to come assist. Disappointing as only Tims in the area, but would rather make coffee at home than go back.
