Friendly staff and good customer service
This tim hortons is by far the worst for customer service. Roman scanned my rewards took my order we waited and waited and now I jabe no points and some how my order was never placed. Then he proceeded to sit and tell me what I ordered. Where are my points then? Because he confirmed the order before I gad to pay for the other half of my order. HORRIBLE
