This Tom Horton is GREAT but I just want to inform about few things- The French Vanilla machine seems to need calibration, and it should be filled manually to the required level according to the standard. Yesterday (Saturday) around 7:10 AM, a staff member filled it properly, but other times it doesn’t seem to be done with the same care — like today. Outstanding service
Very disappointed with the service at Tim Hortons today. This morning my order was taken by a young woman. I don’t know how long she has been working here — maybe it was her first day — but I am honestly not even sure if she understands or speaks English well enough to take orders. I asked her at least five times if you have Tropical Green Tea, clearly saying that I want Tropical, not regular green tea. I specifically asked: “Do you have Tropical?
