I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered from the drive-thru and clearly asked for a grilled croissant sandwich with lettuce, egg, and a hash brown. If grilling was not allowed, I should have been told at the time of ordering so I could have chosen something else. When I received my order, I noticed it was not grilled and had no lettuce, even at the drive-thru window. I was not told anything at that point.
