Almost every morning I have to come back to have the coffee made properly or if that's not the case it's warm not hot. It's frustrating because I get in the 401and have to come back. It's so bad anymore that I leave the house 20 mins early to go through the drive thru again Tim's use to give out coffee promises that would treat you to a free coffee. Then employee think it's funny
Every time my husband and I come to this Tim Hortons the staff are very rude there is one lady who is a older lady and she is very kind whenever my husbandand I come here. Whenever I order my ice capp with a vanilla shot they always put way to much cream or they never put the vanilla in, when I go and explain to them what is wrong I get attitude. I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons location thanks to one of the staff members, Aidan K. He was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. His appearance was very clean, and I noticed that he handled food with real care. He was wearing both a hairnet and a beard net, which honestly surprised me in the best way. I’ve been going to Tim Hortons for over 30 years, and over time I’ve noticed the overall quality of staff decline.
