Wouldn't order through the app for delivery, been having alot of messed up orders where drink sizes are smaller then what i paid for recently with no possible way to get refunded or have this fixed.
This Tim Hortons has one of the worse drive throughs staff, always very rude every single time I go. I'm going to have to boycott this location until the staff gets proper training on how to treat paying customers. DISCUSSING

A lot of the staff are amazing…friendly and quick. Night staff could use some training…should not have to wait for 6 minutes at soaker waiting to order when no one else is in drive thru. When busy train staff to tel waiting customers they will be right with us…goes a very long way
