Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. The staff’s attitude was rude and made me feel completely unwelcome. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but that is not an excuse for treating customers without basic respect. Management really needs to pay attention to how customers are being treated and provide better training to the staff. Went here and got a tea that was bland like it sat for way too long. And then went to use the bathroom to find out they had no tissue or paper towel in the bathroom. Seems like a lazy place where tea doesn’t get changed when needed and tissue or paper towels are not there tell a customer lets them know !
