This specific Tim is definitely busy since it's right near the mall but the employees are doing great. I come here almost all the time and they always greet me with a smile. It's never a dull moment when I visit for a coffee at this location. I'll always come back for another cup of coffee ^.^

I come to this Tim Hortons at Lawson mall quite often and I have never left this appealed by their shitty customer service today. The lady at the speaker is always awesome. I was asked to pull ahead by a girl at the window for my drink and I said no because 30sec later like always they would be walking it out anyways. Whoever the man at the window was from the time I started to lower my window was tilting my HOT drink trying to shove it through my wondow.....then quickly shut his window.
