Very disappointed with the service at Tim Hortons today. The restaurant was not busy at all, and I was the only customer standing at the counter, yet the staff seemed uninterested in taking my order. I had to wait while being ignored, which showed a lack of respect for customers' time. Good customer service starts with acknowledging customers and serving them promptly. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the customer experience. :::
Went though drive through. Customer service was terrible the lady barely spoke and when she did it was just a mhm. Then the food was bad my donut was squished from how they put the muffin on it and it was also so hard
This tims couldn't be more focused on the drive-thru line. They seem to fully forget people are in line inside. Garbage service.
