If i could give no stars i would. Ordered bagels with cream cheese and bacon. One of them had a piece of lettuce hanging out it, the other had rice stuck to it. Also ordered a bacon farmers wrap, and it ended up having chicken in it. Also when ordering i couldnt make out a word of what they were saying. Worst tim hortons ive ever been to.
Way different than the tims in my town and surrounding areas.. crazy because its only a few hours away

I’m not one to complain about coffee from here because I quite enjoy it. I will however complain about the food. always dry, flavourless, etc. today, i got a bagel. i always get a cheese bagel double toasted with butter because the edges are usually a little extra toastier and the butter just melts in better. i usually don’t enjoy my bagels CHARRED. disgusting. waste of money
I was in on Tuesday February 25 and was absolutely appalled at the manager. He was tearing a strip off of a young fellow at the end of the counter. No integrity, privacy or professionalism came from this man. He told the employee that he was making him look stupid and he was dismissed. This so called manager made himself look stupid. He should have shown real leadership and took that employee out back to speak with him. I will not ever do business with this outrageous employee ever again.
