The service used to be really good, but lately it has become very slow. Orders take much longer than before, and the new manager is not very friendly or respectful. Hopefully, things improve soon.
The service has become very slow compared to before. Previously, orders were prepared and served very quickly, but recently the wait time has more than 10 mins. The new manager is also quite rude and does not provide a welcoming experience. I hope the management improves both the service speed and customer service.
I ordered an original iced matcha and it was horrible. It wasn’t made properly, the powder was all accumulated at the bottom. Please check before you serve. I didn’t want to go back and show them as I feel bad, had to throw it out.
