This Tim Hortons was the slowest in Canada until a very smart looking pretty young girl from Asia started working there last year. She is always cheerful and efficient and I go there just to see her. Please give her a raise in salary because she deserves it. She works hard every early morning to give good service even to the local drug addicts who can be extremely rude.

While having lunch at this location on July 31, 2025, a front counter staff member stepped into the kitchen. Someone in the kitchen started hollering at her, not in English so I don't know what was said, and she proceeded to argue back loudly. This went on for 5 minutes and she had tears on her face when she came back to the counter. It made the atmosphere unpleasant and in my opinion this was very unprofessional, I will not be back to this location.

Great experience at Tim Hortons Powell River! The staff were brilliant, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend stopping by for a coffee and a bite to eat. 👍

I recently visited the Tim Hortons located near Powell River, BC, and had an exceptional experience. The employee's service was outstanding, friendly, and efficient. They ensured my order was accurate and delivered with a smile. The coffee was hot and freshly brewed, and the food was delicious. before going to work in the morning. seeing the good and friendly people on this location make my day exceptional. they often check the cleanliness of the restaurant especially the restroom. liked my sausage scrambled egg box with french vanilla.
