Went for drive thru and the staff are so friendly while taking orders and the window person is very welcoming at the window.

I just visited today at 3:00 pm, ordered a chili and the bread was moldy. I am so disgusted
Not the first time there as I work in St. Albert , the staff is not aware of current programs as today it took 4 people to figure it out , one worker also said after I told her promotion was on the sign she stated I do not look at our signs , wow and good bye other Tim's to give my money to.
