The manager always rude and rushes people. I asked for a cup of water he told me it’s not working. How are they running the business without water. Although the employees are much nicer than the manager
Consistent terrible service and long waits
I placed a mobile order for a brown sugar cream coffee. After driving halfway home, I realized there was no cream in my coffee. I returned to the restaurant and went inside. The staff member told me that I didn't ask for cream. I told him the order was placed through the app and showed him the receipt for a brown sugar CREAM coffee, and he still argued that I didn't ask for cream.
