Everytime I come here I have to ask for CLEAN silverware. Staff cannot even find some amongst the washed cutlery. Staff person offered to go and rewash some for me in the sink. Dear Franchise owner, invest in a NEW, properly working DISHWASHER! I see various similar reviews with photos of dirty cutlery from years ago!!!!!!!!! I had once found what appeared to be lipstick stains on my spoon. Come on, really?
