I ordered on the app this morning and one item wasn’t ready. The staff member who helped me was fantastic. She handled the mix-up calmly, explained the options clearly, and made me feel looked after. It seemed like she might have been guiding another staff member too, and her attention and care really stood out. Everything I got was fresh and well prepared. My bagel was perfectly buttered, which is honestly rare, and it made my morning.
This Tim Hortons is located inside a convenience store at a gas station. It’s a practical spot to grab a coffee or a quick snack while on the road. There is no seating, so it’s strictly a takeout location. Convenient for a quick stop.
I just ordered 4 steepteas 2 small,1 medium and 1 extra large on Aug 3,2026 .I was shocked none of them have any sugar in it .I told the staff they said their employee forgot to put it .Disappointing never going here again!
Pretty bad customer service. Went in with code activated, ordered the correct item. When I told them that the offer didn’t go through and i had a gift card applied automatically, it two staff then manager Smit ten minutes to just give up and give me loonie for the inconvenience.
