Absolutely terrible experience. My food order was made completely wrong, and the service was painfully slow. Ellysa was extremely unprofessional and had a terrible attitude throughout the entire interaction. There was no effort to fix the mistake or provide decent customer service. Definitely one of the worst Tim Hortons experiences I’ve had. Management seriously needs to address the quality of service at this location.
