The staff were very rude. The cashier told me to stop wasting time while I was still thinking for my order. Then when it was time to pick up, I had to wait for a long time all because they forgot to call out my name. I understand that it was rush hour, but the way they handled it was very disrespectful and not a single apology was given. Never going here again.
I was overcharged for my order recently. Rather than resolving the issue, the manager, Analyn was rude and unprofessional.
Hi order plain crossent and they denied to either toast or grill it , who gonna eat cold crossent thay why it is sitting in the display and no one buys. And I more often goes to this as I work at hospital, few days back I order same and who ever was at counter she did grill it and put butter and today as of oct 7th she denied and was yelling at me that they not gonna do it .. Worst service ..
