I’m requesting that this charge be reversed. The delivery service failed to provide the order I paid for, and I have been left with neither the meal nor my money. Whatever went wrong on the delivery side, the customer should not be expected to absorb the cost. Please issue a full refund for the undelivered order.
I am still waiting for a refund for an order that was not delivered. The entire situation has been handled poorly, and nobody seems willing to take responsibility for fixing it. Customers should not have to fight to get their money back.
