I love the staff. Although service was a bit slow, everything was always fresh!
Terrible experience at the drive thru and it has happened thrice now. When you are polite with someone you only expect that back. I can name names of the people who helped but I won’t. Just want to say maybe some people need to watch their attitudes when people are genuinely being nice and polite.
Choose a different location. Although this is a pretty typical small Tim’s, it was the lack of bathroom that was frustrating. The bathroom is used by both the Shell and the Tim Hortons .. it had an out of order sign on the door. I pressed the staff and they told me (sheepishly) to get the key from the Shell side. I did and he also didn’t look happy to provide it to me .. the bathroom needed to be cleaned but it was an emergency so I used it. Will I return to this location .. absolutely not Yuck!
