The staff does their best but can be slow at times. Good coffee and donuts. Ladies today april 11 2025 were rude and unprofessional. I was first in line ordered a coffee and people behind me got their bagels before I got my coffee. How's that even possible? When I asked the lady said we have things to do?? What does that mean? Your coffee should be ready when you open your doors. Opening late every time ive ever been here. Worst service for a tim hortons. Will never Come back to this location..
