This morning sat in drive thru for almost 10 mins waiting mean while there was an employee sitting in a booth doin nothing .. we get to the window pay ,hand us 1 of 2 drinks and walks away my husband called out 3 times hello , can someone just plz hand me the tea right there so I can get to work , 3 employees walked by us , didnt even acknowledge us .....finally 2 mins and someone notices ,. And to top it off the tea was actually cold
