Steven and Praneeth were amazing
I have a hypothesis.. has someone been breaking the cappuccino/latte machines on purpose? How is it possible so many locations all of a sudden have broken latte machines all at once? I had my cousin go get my latte she cane back said machine was broken then went to the dundas location (very nice young man did everything he could to accomodate but then found out his machine was broken as well!!!) Nice staff
Friendly staff and great coffee
At the drive thru this morning. No one answering car infront of me , they move up to window. I pull up sat there waiting way longer than it should take no one takes my order, I pull up to window and both female workers are walking around chatting and never acknowledge me. I ended up giving up and driving away.
