I would like to thank the staffs yesterday who serve me in this Tim Hortons Restaurant. They make my day. I do appreciate their hard work and patience to serve us. As busy as this restaurant are, they still kind and friendly to us. Nothing more important to see a team member smile and approachable it’s feel us so welcoming and feel at homes
We sincerely appreciate the service of this staffs member of restaurant particularly Sandeep and Karan, they very polite and and so courteous to us. Thank you to the management for training them to be a good service representative. Again from the bottom of our hearts thank you so much for the greet services.
Went here today August 12. Ordered 4 drinks, 3 coffees and 1 tea. All 4 drinks were completely wrong even though the lids were right. What a waist of over $10 to not even enjoy a simply coffee!
Very disappointing experience today. We were a group of six and couldn’t find a clean table. Instead of complaining, I politely asked a young male employee for napkins so I could clean one myself. He completely ignored me and wouldn’t even acknowledge or respond to me, even after I asked again. I eventually spoke with management. Thankfully, another staff member was very polite and professional and came to clean the table for us. I appreciate the gentleman who helped, but ignoring a customer like that is simply unacceptable.... read more
