Worst service ever
Tim Hortons can you please add a couple gluten free items, eg a chocolate and a vanilla tidbits And a bun that we can use in place of other wheat buns. Please! Thank you for providing almond milk. I have bought many Chai teas with AM since you added it. Now we need gluten free options, a few.
It might be this one or the cafeteria one but there was a lady it was a tough day and this Tim Hortons staff was so sweet and then after I watched her and she was just that kind and sweet with everyone I even talked with her and figured out her name was Christine it made the day so much brighter we all need a Christine
Love that there's a Tim Hortons in the hospital, but the cleanliness has really gone downhill unfortunately. There's a huge accumulation of dirt/dust coming out of the air vents...right above the food. The counters, especially behind the machines are thick with dust and crumbs and so on. This is not from being busy...it's an accumulation of neglecting to clean thoroughly over time. Very disappointing...especially for being in a hospital. Hope this improves.
Would have been better if the times were accurate instead of saying it’s open when it’s not
