Got a bagel with extra cream cheese via mobile app in drive through, burnt with barely any cream cheese when I got it. Went inside to ask for my cream cheese, got argued with and attitude instead of fixing their mistake. Won't be returning. Don't bother unless you want to get treated like shit by some part time worker while the manager ignores the situation.
Ha ha had to laugh at the review below this one. They gave it a one star because their bagel was burnt. Lol can’t please everyone. Anyway. This store in Lambeth is outstanding! I live in town and find everytime I go it’s clean, staff are on top of everything. And the service is how I remember it when Tim Hortons was the Canadian institution for a great experience. Gerald and his crew is awesome never disappointed with anything I get Fast forwarding to today’s date, Jan 20th 2026. Gerald is no longer manager, going down hill in my mind. Lady wearing the mask isn’t the most pleasant to deal with, especially if there is an issue. I’ve gotten croissants heated with butter for years, today I got two that were heated with butter and there was a disgusting gut turning amount on them with so much lack of care.
