I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons because of the rude and unprofessional behaviour of a staff member named Meet. His attitude while dealing with customers was disrespectful, and I did not feel that I was treated with basic courtesy. I understand that employees can have busy or stressful shifts, but that should not result in customers being spoken to rudely. Meet showed very little attention to customer service or the quality of the drinks being serve, teach him to make the proper order and to be polite to the customers, no matter if store is busy you should have to be polite and respectful to the regular customer. However, he needs first to learn that what's the actually customer service sounds like , and has to fix his attitude while working on the floor of Tim Hortons.

Very unprofessional service from Meet today. Meet was rude, careless, and showed no proper customer service. As a regular customer, I was disappointed by Meet’s attitude and the way he handled my order.This is a request to management to please fix his attitude to the customers.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The employee named Meet was extremely rude and unprofessional. His attitude made the interaction uncomfortable, and the service was far below what I expected from Tim Hortons. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customers should still be treated with basic respect and courtesy. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue.
