I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to the amazing service provided by Karman. She was friendly, attentive, and very professional. Karman greeted me with a warm smile, took my order accurately, and even made helpful suggestions when I was unsure of what to get. She worked efficiently during a busy time but still made sure each customer felt valued. It’s clear she cares about her job and takes pride in providing excellent service.
