I want to thank the employee named Kateryna for her great service. Every time I pass by, she always greets everyone with a smile and quickly handles the queue.
Rocel, you were extremely rude today. I asked for a small coffee, and because you are out of small cups, you misinformed me forcing me to pay for a medium, and that medium is my only option. I don't have to do anything, and you were not in the right to tell me so. Please think before you speak to your customers in a disrespectful manner. You were unkind towards me, and there was no need to be condescending. Your customer service was weak and needs major improvement.
