This is my favorite location when it comes to Tim Hortons. The staff is so friendly, nice, and fast. Every time I ask the staff for some modification to my order, I find it's no problem at all; they will do exactly what you've told them to do. Two thumbs up for Allen and the other lady whose name I don't know yet; they will definitely give you an incredible service. Allen and Renu are my favorite crew here. I consistently experience a sense of urgency when purchasing coffee at this establishment. It is remarkable that, even with a substantial queue, the staff consistently provides prompt service to all customers. I would strongly recommend that the owner consider recruiting additional individuals who exhibit the same commendable qualities as Allen, Renu and Parth, as they consistently demonstrate friendliness, politeness and efficiency.
