Very shitty customers service after I ordered at the drive thru and got to the window that Indian girl was so rude at the window and wouldn’t let me change one of my orders which was a drink something so simple to do but instead kept arguing and laughing and wouldn’t even let me speak to the supervisor very disrespectful and not ethical I will never be back to that timhortons even tho I live 2 minutes away and I get timhortons around 3 times a day always a bad experience with the drive thru staff the gas station across the s... read more
I ordered an egg and cheese on a biscuit, when I got to the window they handed me a bagel I asked if this was the right order telling them it was not what I asked for and he said he accidentally charged me for it and made it already and asked me if it was fine - I said ok whatever and then I open it and this is what it looks like. Bad customer service & food?
Mistakes in drinks orders, every 2 drink. Push you to park outside and wait for drink to be brought, it takes time. Overall, bad service.
This is the worst tim hortons location. Orders wrong left and right. They refuse to handle more than one order at once. I just waited for a sandwich for 12 minutes, watched them make it wrong and pointed it out and they kept making it wrong. I could go on. Owner - thanks for the reply but this place is going to suck as long as all these people work here
