“The staff at the Tim Hortons drive-thru car service are extremely unprofessional. I had a disappointing experience and their behavior did not meet basic customer service standards.
Really disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons (2525 Hyde Park Gate, Oakville). I always place mobile orders ahead of time to save time, but they still take forever to prepare them. Today I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a croissant, but they gave me a bagel instead. When I asked for it to be corrected, they gave me the croissant—but cold.
