Employee faked locking up as we approached the front door 15 minutes before close, then proceeded to deny our cold drink order because the machines were "already clean". If the store closes at 9:45 the hours should really be adjusted.
The girl closing claimed the only thing she could do was a hot coffee 15 minutes to close. Absolute joke.
