Employee faked locking up as we approached the front door 15 minutes before close, then proceeded to deny our cold drink order because the machines were "already clean". If the store closes at 9:45 the hours should really be adjusted.
The girl closing claimed the only thing she could do was a hot coffee 15 minutes to close. Absolute joke.
This is the best Tim Hortons in my area. Always get great service! The people doing the service actually speak english, it's the cleanest store out of the 4 within 2km range. The only downside, imo is the equipment for this break more often than not.. other than that, zero complaints.
