staff at this location around 530pm on February 6,2026 were very rude cutting me off in the middle of my order. Get up to the window and still very rude when passing me out my order. I usually stop at this location numerous times per week but will definitely be considering other locations

The worker making my order made fun of it out loud. I ordered crispy onions on my toasted bagel with cream cheese. I like it. She doesn't have to eat it so i shouldn't have to hear her snarky comments. Turns out she's the "manager " . What a joke! I feel bad for thr staff that have to work with her. No wonder its a different peraon every week. Maybe they should replace her after all people don't quit crummy jobs, they quit crummy managers.

I went this Tim’s probably 5 days a week, it’s on the way to work. It’s convenient. French vanilla with 1 milk and a 1/4 coffee. I asked to talk to the manager because they kept putting way too much coffee in it. Or extremely burnt coffee. Often. Manager said they’d check the cameras. I said they should. I worked at Tim’s for 4 years in college. It’s not that hard. They train Tim’s employees with visual images, that include how much 1/4 coffee is in each size of cup. 10 replacements later probably 6 months total. There would... read more

Worst service, horrible manager. When bringing up a customer service issue in the drive thru to her attention, she shouted at me, belittled my disability, eye rolled and told me I was the problem as if i had some choice in being disabled. I have never experienced such disrespect. She refused to give staff names and said to move along as I was holding up her line. No common courtesy, no apology. She has no business being in this role and should be fired.
